EcoShield Pest Solutions is looking for a Senior Specialist Affiliate Marketing to join the team in 1142 West 2320 South Ste A-1, West Valley, UT 84119. In this role, you'll handle service and repairs on-site and keep things running for customers across the West Valley area. It's a good fit if you're hands-on, reliable, and like solving problems.
Senior Specialist Affiliate Marketing
The Opportunity
EcoShield does not have a robust affiliate program today. You will build and add to it. This is a rare chance to own an entire acquisition channel from a blank page: standing up network accounts, recruiting and negotiating with publishers, launching host and post and lead generation programs that feed our National Inside Sales floor, and building the review site partnerships that decide how prospective customers compare pest control providers. You will own the channel's economics and its contribution to marketing attributed revenue, negotiating commercial terms that deliver real volume at an acceptable customer acquisition cost. This role reports directly to the CMO and is the single accountable owner for affiliate as a growth channel.
What You Will Own
- The affiliate program end-to-end: strategy, buildout, launch, and growth, measured on qualified lead volume, sales, revenue, and CAC contribution.
- Network setup and administration: standing up and running accounts on platforms such as Impact, Commission Junction, Awin, Partnerize, ShareASale, or Rakuten Advertising, including tracking, creative assets, terms, compliance, and reporting.
- Publisher recruitment and relationship management: identifying, pitching, onboarding, and growing partners across review sites, comparison sites, content publishers, coupon and deal sites, email partners, and call-based affiliates.
- Review site partnerships in the pest control category: securing placement, improving how EcoShield is presented and ranked against competitors, and managing those relationships over time.
- Host and post and lead generation programs: building compliant lead transfer and call transfer partnerships that deliver qualified volume directly into the National Inside Sales floor.
- Commercial negotiation: structuring payout models (CPA, CPL, revenue share, hybrid, and pay per call) that hit our CAC targets, plus renegotiating terms as partners scale.
- Channel economics: partner level P&L visibility, payout validation, margin management, and forecasting for spend and volume.
- Tracking and attribution in partnership with the analytics and MarTech teams: postback and pixel integrations, call tracking for pay per call partners, and clean attribution of affiliate sourced revenue.
- Quality and fraud control: monitoring lead quality by partner, catching incentivized or fraudulent traffic, and enforcing trademark bidding and brand protection policies.
- Compliance: FTC disclosure standards, TCPA compliant lead generation practices, and consent and data handling requirements across all partners.
- Forecasting and reporting: affiliate lead and sales volume forecasts, with regular reporting to the CMO on partner performance, CAC, and the pipeline of new partnerships.
What You Will Bring
Required
- 4+ years in affiliate or partner marketing, with direct hands-on responsibility for a program's results.
- Demonstrated experience building or substantially scaling an affiliate program, ideally from scratch or from a basic state.
- Hands-on platform fluency with one or more major affiliate networks or SaaS platforms (Impact, Commission Junction, Awin, Partnerize, ShareASale, Rakuten Advertising, Everflow, or similar).
- A track record of negotiating favorable commercial terms with publishers and holding a channel to a CAC or ROAS target.
- Experience with lead generation or performance partnerships, including host and post, lead transfer, or pay per call models.
- An existing network of publisher and review site relationships, or a proven ability to build one quickly through cold outreach.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable modeling payouts and margins, evaluating partner quality, and defending decisions with data.
- Self-starting, highly responsive, and trustworthy. You will be the face of EcoShield to outside partners and will operate with real autonomy.
Preferred
- Experience in a marketing organization that drives leads for an inside sales call center.
- Home services, subscription, and/or local services category experience.
- Familiarity with call tracking platforms and offline conversion feeds.
- Experience managing affiliate compliance and fraud prevention at scale.
Who Thrives Here
Straight talk about what this is. We are building a lead generation and online customer acquisition engine from the ground up, in an industry that has never seen one built this well. The pace will be fast, team culture will be one of winning and collaboration, and the celebrations will be exciting as we grow and hit our targets. That is exactly what makes it fun.
- You build, you do not maintain. Your fingerprints will be on something that did not exist before you showed up.
- Real budget, real backing. Direct line to a fully committed CMO and executive team.
- Outcomes over activity. You will be measured on what you actually produce, and when it works, everyone will know exactly who built it.
- It will ask a lot of you. This is not a coasting seat. The people who lean all the way in will look back on this as the most career defining work they have done.
If you want to manage an established program with partners already in place, this is not the seat. If you want to build a channel from zero and own what it becomes, this is the place for you!
