Auto Dealership Finance Manager

Madison Mac Haik Chevrolet is growing and looking for a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.  We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and finalize finance deals in compliance with all regulations
• Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, protection products, etc.)
• Secure competitive financing options through lender relationships
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender guidelines
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Ensure accurate and timely paperwork completion

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive dealership F&I experience required
• 3 - 5+ years of dealership Finance and Insurance preferred 
• Proven track record of production and profitability
• Strong closing, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of compliance standards
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
